Project Management: Phased-Gated Approach

MEI Maverick Engineering has adopted a Phased Gated Approach to projects to provide precise management control during planning and execution of projects. At each phase gate the input of critical stakeholders are integrated into solutions to prevent rework as a project unfolds. It has long been established that rework is a major cause of project cost overruns and delays, which can only be mitigated by an effective project management process.

Our process provides a consistent path to managing project from concept to start-up! Furthermore, it is designed to ensure lowest Total Installed Cost (TIC) and best project schedule are established and achieved!
